Membership and Benefits

Professional Membership . . . . . . . . . . . $125.00/year

Limited to persons who have been officially designated by the Board of County Commissioners as being responsible for loss control and/or safety duties in their County. Members have voting rights and can hold office.    Benefits include:

  1. Become an affiliate member of CCAO
  2. Free educational quarterly meetings
  3. CLCCA allowance program which includes opportunities for paid CCAO/CEAO conference registration or PRIMA conference expenses
  4. Access to experienced risk management professionals
  5. County Information and Data Service newsletter (CIDS)
  6. County News Magazine
  7. Professional members who are CORSA members  also receIve a free Public Risk Management Association (PRIMA) membership as well as an opportunity for a PRIMA scholarship

Associate Membership . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $35.00/year

Any employee of County government.  County must have one professional membership prior to adding an associate. Members can not vote or hold office.  Benefits include:

  1. Free educational quarterly meetings
  2. Access to experienced risk management  professionals

Business Associate Membership . . . . . $160.00/year

Representatives of any business, association, or any other organization with an interest in promoting and assisting Ohio counties regarding health, safety, and liability issues. Members can not vote or hold office. Benefits include: 

  1. Free educational quarterly meetings
  2. Access to experienced risk management professionals
  3. Network with target government groups to improve quality of services provided
